- Follow up on quotations sent and proposals to complete the sale
- Proactively seek knowledge on all products and services.
- Research and provide recommendations and suggestion on the products trend and competition.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of all products offered by the company.
- Help in seeking clients for the company to achieve monthly quota.
- Strategize ways and plans how the company will achieve its monthly quota by seeking corporate entities to present proposals and the like and forward it to the lead sales specialist for the presentation.
- Acts with integrity, maintains professional appearance, shows courtesy, has a positive, enthusiastic approach to work and takes pride in their work.
- Describe features and benefits of merchandise and explain the steps needed to complete projects and the products needed.
- Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of products, services and procedures in his department.
- Resolve customer complaints or involves the appropriate manager to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintains an effective, professional working relationship with internal customers and product development groups.
- Appropriately utilize company resources required to support a sale, about company operating expenses.
- Work with other company personnel as intermediaries (when appropriate) to establish target customer relationships.
- Build strong relationships with key customers through value selling and training.
- Perform related duties as appropriate and necessary.
